Diverse Casting Processes Fulfill the Needs of Various Industries

Colada a baja presión

Low-pressure casting can effectively reduce internal porosity and shrinkage, as well as other defects. Under lower pressure, the metal flows smoothly, resulting in a dense casting structure and improved mechanical properties.

Gravity Casting

Gravity casting is a simple process with minimal equipment requirements. It is suitable for the production of castings with simple shapes and moderate internal quality requirements.

Flip casting

Flip casting ensures uniform distribution of molten metal within the cavity, effectively avoiding issues such as porosity and slag inclusion. This process is capable of producing high-quality castings with uniform wall thickness and complex shapes.

Precision casting is capable of producing complex-shaped castings with high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality. These castings require little to no subsequent machining and can achieve a very high level of production precision.

Centrifugal Casting

Liquid Extrusion

Liquid extrusion refines grains and enhances strength and toughness by solidifying molten metal under pressure, thereby improving the overall quality and performance of the cast components.
